ราคา commission ที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์เป็นราคาสำหรับ PERSONAL USE หากนำผลงานไปใช้ เชิงพาณิชย์ ราคางาน x2 จากราคาสุทธิปกติ

สามารถผ่อนได้หากงานมี มูลค่ามากกว่า 1500 THB แต่ยังคงต้องจ่ายมัดจำ 50% ก่อนเริ่มงานเช่นเดิม จากนั้นจึงสามารถผ่อนส่วนที่เหลือได้ภายใน 2-3 สัปดาห์

เมื่อโอนมัดจำแล้วจึงจะแจ้งลำดับคิวให้ทราบ (รันคิวตามลำดับการโอนมัดจำ)

หากมีการยกเลิกงานภายหลังจากเริ่มดำเนินงานไปแล้ว 20-30% (ไม่รวมขั้นตอนร่างภาพ) ผู้วาดขออนุญาตทำการริบเงินมัดจำไว้เป็นค่าตอบแทน *ยกเว้นกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยทำให้ผู้วาดจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกงาน เราจะทำการคืนเงินมัดจำเต็มจำนวน

สามารถแก้ไขงานได้ FREE! ระหว่างดำเนินงาน(ไม่รวมร่างภาพ) 5 ครั้ง นอกเหนือจากนี้จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม +10 THB/ครั้ง

- การนำภาพ render ไปใช้เป็นภาพ profile, wallpaper ส่วนตัว
- การนำภาพ render หรือ 3D print model ไปใช้เป็น Giveaway ที่ไม่มีการตั้งราคา
- ทำของ Fanmade ที่มีไว้ครอบครองส่วนตัว หรือแจกจ่ายโดยไม่มีการตั้งราคา
- อื่นๆ เช่น โพสต์ลงโซเชียลมีเดียของตน

** กรณีที่คุณลูกค้าโพสต์ลงโซเชียลมีเดียของตน ควรใช้บัญชีส่วนตัว และควรระมัดระวังมิให้ผู้อื่นนำผลงานไป Repost หรือนำไปใช้ต่อในเชิงพาณิชย์ ทั้งนี้เพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ์ของทั้งผู้วาดและตัวคุณลูกค้าเอง)

- นำไปใช้ในการสร้างโฆษณา
- อื่นๆ เช่น Prints, Poster, ลายสกรีนเสื้อ ซึ่งมีการตั้งราคาขาย

- Print 3D เพื่อนำมาขาย หรือ นำมาใช้ตกแต่งร้านค้า เพื่อสร้างยอดขาย
- การทำของแถมประกอบการขาย ทั้งรูปแบบภาพ render หรือ 3D print model
- การนำภาพ render ไปใช้เป็นภาพปกหรือภาพประกอบ หนังสือ, นิยาย, E-book
- การนำภาพ render ไปใช้เป็นภาพ Profile ร้านค้า/ช่องสตรีม
- นำไปใช้ในการสร้างโฆษณา
- อื่นๆ เช่น การนำภาพ render ไปทำ Prints, Poster, ลายสกรีนเสื้อ ซึ่งมีการตั้งราคาขาย

The commission price shown on the website is for PERSONAL USE if the work is for COMMERCIAL USE the price will be x2 from a normal price
(Additional: Please inform the artist before ordering a commission or inform the artist during the work briefing process)

I don't accept installment payments in USD currency.
(Additional: I will send the completed work only when the client has paid the full amount.)

After finishing the brief process and The client confirms my sketch >> The client must pay a deposit of 50%__ of the total price. However, the client can pay the full price before I start coloring.

The client must pay the deposit within 72 hours.

After the client has paid the deposit, I will notify the client of the date and the number of the queue.

In case the client cancels the work after I've worked about 20-30% of the whole work.(not including the sketching process) You'll not be able to get the refunds. Otherwise, If I am the one who cancels the work, I'll give the client a Full amount refunds .

The client can ask the artist to edit the work during the process for Free! 7 times (which does not include the sketch process). Over the limits, an additional charge will be +2 USD per time.

The artist has the right to reject the order if I think it cannot be done according to the client's brief.

Not allowed the client to use the work as NFT and AI art generator

Please do not claim my commission works as your artwork.

After receiving the completed work file, the client must pay the remaining 50% of the total price within 24 hours.

** If the client posts the work on social media, please use personal accounts and be careful not to allow others to repost. This could protect the rights of both the artist and the client )

Commercial use (used for profit)

- Book cover or illustration for novels, books and E-books.
- Free gifts for those who buy products from the store.
- Profile picture for the shop/streaming channels.
- Used to create advertisements.
- etc., such as Prints, Posters, and Screen-printed shirts sold in the store.

- Make 3D print model to sell or use to decorate the store
- Use render pic. as a book cover or illustration for novels, books and E-books.
- Use render pic. or 3D print model to make free gifts for those who buy products from the store.
- Use render pic. or 3D print model as a profile picture for the shop/streaming channels.
- Use render pic. or 3D print model to create advertisements.
- etc., such as Prints, Posters, and Screen-printed shirts sold in the store.
